Our infused elderberry vinegar celebrates many native plants from Southeast Virginia including elderberry, blueberry, rosehips, dandelion root, muscadine grape, juniper, and wild cherry bark.
It’s delicious in salad dressings, paired with your favorite olive oil and dipping herbs, and drizzled over grilled meats, vegetables, fruit and cheese. Add honey and create a delicious gourmet elderberry syrup or oxymel (drink).
Move over plain elderberry syrup. Add honey to any of these concoctions and use to knock the “dismal” out of you during flu and cold season, or any time of the year.
